PRICE CHANGE NOTICE
Effective May 15 2017, we will be raising our prices by $1.00 for the 1kg and 500g Flavoured and Specialty coffees. The price increase is due to the increase of our suppliers. Note our last price increase was back in 2014. We thank you for understanding and continued support of Café Palazzo.
Customer Service/ Processing Time
Café Palazzo is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days, depending on your location within Australia – as we are based in Sydney. We do not deliver outside of Australia. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days, to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order, or a full refund.
Shipping Policy & Payment Policy
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Orders are freshly ground and dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
We now use Australia Post eParcel. Upon Despatch you will receive an email on our behalf from Australia Post informing you of your tracking information.
Australia Post will attempt to collect a signature upon delivery. However if no one is home Australia Post will leave a collect card to collect the order at your local post office.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE – You can leave delivery details when you confirm your order e.g ‘please leave at front door if no one is home’. Therefore amending the consignment for ”Authority to leave” so the driver can leave your parcel at the address if no one is home. The driver can refuse to leave the parcel at requested location if it is in public view or any suspicious activity occurring at the time of the delivery, consequently leaving a collect card for you to collect your order at your local post office.
Our payment processing is handled by Stripe . We do not collect or keep your credit card information, this is all handled by Stripe.

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured and confidential. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that is all.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
